I know that we all act in self interest......... but just for this once guys,(?!) how about you SMM holders taking up the offer for the good of the whole, (well for me anyway.........oh...and westsurf ) and to give all us accepters CGT relief !

My feelings are that PDN who would be trying very hard to cut a deal with AREVA for its 11%, will succeed, which with the ongoing acceptances coming in, would then take us over the line for 80% acceptances and CGT relief

On the downside, if SMM continues trading as a company, then its sp may very well disconnect from the PDN/1.67 ratio and slide, given that Beattie has stated that he will not allow any new U mines in QLD for the foreseeable future

all IMO and I am an ex-SMM holder, so make your decisions accordingly
