Totally agree that the company needs to reassure the market and investors that everything is above board,

But have to disagree that there are fraud alerts against John Stammers and Superkite pty ltd. The alerts that come up that i can see are alerting that there is a claim and a counter claim filed in the US courts with Superkite being the Plaintiff and the other party the defendant, so Superkite is actually suing the other party for losses. Until the case has been heard both parties are innocent.
Further more John Stammers seems to be involved with quite a large law firm with nearly 50 members employed.
