Seeing the options have just fallen by 50%, and my eyes are watering, I thought I'd make a post about an article I read last night, relating to the successful application (subject to Warden ok) of ELA 1972. It was raised that this option had lapsed in the past, and we were regaining old territory. Not so, for we will now have 100% of this territory, whereas before we only had 67%.
