re comment Gore and Flannery and a few others have got bits of the science wrong. - well you got that completely wrong, they Gore and Flannery only got a little bit right and a lot, if not most, wrong - I started reading Flannery and could not read on - since that time he has been proven even more wrong. as for Gore its just propaganda almost Hollywood style.
mind you both have done very well financially and become famous as prophets of doom.
one thing that is constant is change - climate changes and man made CO2 has very little influence to global climate, its an unproven theory relying on computer models al of these over the last 30 years have been shown to be wrong as well.
unfortunately the man made CC hysteria hijacks resources on real environmental (such as readily identifieable ongoing habitat destruction ie land clearing and loss of diversity) and real pollution issues......
