    I find it hard to believe their new CEO would take such a package without prior knowledge of the company's potential. Especially hard to conceal if given the role his walking into. Also these liabilities are with related parties and not trade or institutional. Furthermore some of this including interest has been forgone and taken up as equity. JMHO.
