It is not in the ABC's ability or their right to determine if a documentary's commentary is rubbish or not. It is a viewpoint that the public should be allow to access and for them to make up their own minds.

It could be argued that to provide balance, a documentary with a pro-global warming perspective should be shown as well, but then again, we already had that with Al Gore's film.
