I also see JH's timing as a positive for us ordinary holders.
If he had waited until SP was 25c, many of us would not have been able to purchase nearly so many shares. In fact only roughly 1/3 as many for the same $15k if SPP was done at 25c!!!
I think JH has done his best to provide a really major long term benefit to existing LT holders.
Besides, if JW1's flow is commercial he may be expecting serious money to become available for full scale development via JV's.
