it is certainly encouraging that roche are interested in these guys. biotechs can be very risky, but the small number of shares on issue and it's breakthrough tech make it worth a punt. although not in the money, the oppies are very cheap and if pyc runs they will be highly leveraged.
i have never seen peace so keen on a stock before either, and he/she is not known for ramping, in fact quite the opposite. one of my favourite posters for a long time now, and always a conservative and cautious investor, unlike many bigmouths on hc:)
