dont worry about the "with respect" and "humbly suggest" bit. i think i get the message there. Just wondered if you can give a pointer to a reference of their exact financial position at the moment. Seems to me to be an important issue, even as a baseline for ongoing valuations when future deals come. Im trying to DMOR, but am not sure where are the best places to look for this kind of up to date info. I would like to be absolutely certain of the current position so any assistance in locating relevant data would be appreciated.
