at 13.5 NDO is still trading at around the equivlent of poo at $59! thats almost 20% discount which is alot for a producer in a bull market.
There is a reason for the price being kept below 14c that im sure well find out about at a later stage,
Something to do with the VWAP(volume weighted averge price) I suspect.
I would not be surprised if the terms for a placement have allready been agreed upon using a VWAP over X months
