I'm ready to sit this one out now. MAE's shareprice and its recent downtrend of 6 straight days is saying absolutely everything about this one that needs to be said - and with no announcements (from the company itself) it will continue to do so.
Gas prices are dropping (halved in 6 months) - larger gas producers are now shelving projects due to low price of gas and comparitive prohibitive costs to produce - Woodside have shelved its US project and a British mob BG Group, have also shelved a project in Qld for the same reasons. If its not cost effective for companies of this magnitude - it can't augur well for the smaller ones hoping to attract a buyer.
