Let me state right off that, apart from being a shareholder I have absolutely no interest or involvement with the co. My holding is not a large one and while, like most people, seeing an investment dwindle to a fraction of it's original worth does not make me terribly happy, the amount involved in my case is not substantial. I was aware from the outset that MSC was a speculative investment and treated it accordingly.

At the current share price, there is little point in my case of selling now, as the additional risk of holding is outweighed by any upside potential for the co to generate sales in the short term. That is true for me, it may not be the case for others and it is only my opinion. I am not trying to convince anyone one way or the other.

Over the course of several weeks recently I had a number of email conversations with Vic Alexander. I believe if you want information, you should go to the source, and based on what you get back, make up your own mind. I asked for further technical information and clarifications on some of the previous announcements. There is absolutely nothing to prevent any shareholder writing to the company, just don't expect to receive any information which is commercial in confidence, or material in nature which is not yet released to the market. I also made known to him some criticsms I had.

V.A. responded to me in a prompt and entirely business like manner. His answers were quite clear, no hyperbole or rash promises. I'm still on the fence as far as the prospects for MSC are concerned, but in the meantime I continue to hold.

I had heard a rumour that there was a effort to undermine confidence in the co. Stories about it being "about to go into administration" have been around for years. I was quite sceptical about the "concerted attack" theory, but have to say i'm not so sure anymore.

Everytime an announcement is issued or a view is posted with a positive outlook, the rottweilers go on an offensive, with the same old hyperbole. Heaven help you if you dare to challenge them, ask for factual content or ask what their own agenda is for posting. I believe part of the strategy is to try and discourage anyone making a challenge by slamming them personally, so they don't have the nerve to put their head over the parapet again. IMO these obvious downramping posts need to come with a clear label "Warning, May Contain Hidden Agenda"

The Co has it's AGM on the 15th July. I intend to go and ask for further information from the Directors and management. Let's not sugar coat it for them. Ask the tough questions and demand answers. Then, make up your own mind.
