We have covered this before on this forum, but not for a while, but Bluegen is not currently suited to off the grid applications as IT NEEDS TO BE CONNECTED TO THE GRID so that excess energy can be exported. So a rural application will still have to put in powerlines etc.

It is the way it is designed to work and in reality, this off the grid market is chicken feed compared to the urban, grid-connected distributed energy market - that is where Bluegen is squarely aimed.
