Interesting post. Thanks for that. I have read a few posts that I thought were beyond being critical of the management of both Novo and Arv and appeared to be edging on the other side of the line over which defamation could be argued. I'm not sure the moderators applying the policies of HC are at any risk, hope not.
I'm all for open and robust discussion but slagging of the people running these companies does not add anything to the discussion.
Like anything on the web, once it is out there, there is no taking it back and it can always be retrieved and used as evidence against you.
A lot of people have made a tidy living out of lawsuits, and not just the lawyers.
Be mindful of what you say." Just my opinion" is not an argument that has won many defamation cases.
