Carnarvon for one has a population of around 6000 people not houses, people and 20 power boxes would do around 8000 homes which there isn't.
And secondly you need heat waste to run the power boxes so saying we could have up to 20 is rubbish because at the end of the day you need Heat waste ratio to run each Box.
Just posting Facts so a power box still needs conventional source of power to work.
