I think CR is in play. Rozna is due to close at the end of this year, 300 miners out of work if they don't get some capital to develop the mine further. There is no way this mine will continue until 2011/12 without some major $$. Uran, Diamo, Czech government, miners, EU all want mining to continue at Rozna, so what is the betting that it does.

With regard the other Czech applications there is more to that story than is in the newspapers. Still some politics to get through ;)
