Dave, This is question was asked a while back, I remember because I believe at one time, I asked it, but never got a reply to what I can call a Confirmed Answer.

I would be inclined to also view it as Uran has to front the costs. Yet one would think a 50/50 split would mean the partner pays half. Part of the seedy wording of the many definitions of information from the company.
