Another good news story, behind a paywall but BHP are increasing capex for 2017.
They were the first to cut capex which led the downturn, now it appears they're the first to ramp up again.
Think we're about 3:30 on the commodity cycle clock. Cash M&A in the industry is the trigger to move into buy for me.
