todays $4m options announcement is the first step towards project finance......
a number of banks have been unable to secure the deal.....
the project is a mere formality just waiting to be signed off and construction begin.....
bfs will take a little longer as it is in the hands of independant companys and is taking a little longer than expected...if it was in house it would have been done by now, but the banks required independancy.....
