As a newcomer to this thread, may I ask why do you think pennDot will be paying for this trial?
I've read most of the college rag articles and small town stuff, even glanced thru the penndot files, BUT have not seen anywhere an offer to pay for this trial??
Maybe that's what is worring prospective shareholder, such as myself.
Please, where's it written that VTI will be paid for this trial??
