This is no ruse. Your extract that you posted earlier comes from a January article. At that time, they were talking haulage to another area. Believe me, just giving VTI this chance to trial out Bauxol is already causing them some political backfire. So don't think the EPA is going to be rusing around with VTI. This is for real.

The only question is whether Bauxol will work as well in situ as in their lab trial.
