    I may be missing something here but shouldn't you have posted this on the BLT forum? Yes there may be an interesting longterm future for many RNAi based therapies, but antisense drugs have been around longer with more advanced research and regulatory approval successes. It could be another 5-10 years before any RNAi drugs are approved and commercialised.
