The 50m share swap (10%) is for the DELMINCO bauxite tenements - they are good.

BUT these new ones ARE THE ICING ON THE CAKE! Prime, world class, next door to RIO, Chalco, and Cape Alumina.

AND these tenements are 100% MKY's - i.e. no need to pay for them. These tenements are much more valuable than the Delminco ones.

The RIO mine next door is the 6th largest mine in the world in terms of resource - that is across all commodities! RIO's tenements amount to 2,500sqK, they have a resources of some 2,219Mt its been going for some 47 years - do the maths. If MKY's tenements hold half of this we are looking pretty good.
