Sorry for jumping in jim, I hope it is on the day of the
Meeting, If they were to release it beforehand,
nearly all
shares traded between now and the meeting would not
count.
Because of the time factor on the shares being
registed, and trying to get a proxy form done.
If the company releases beforehand they will shoot
themselves in the foot.
So any S/H reading this do not sell your shares
