The "whinging SH's" were whinging because the SI's were offered stock at substantial discount to that which the mug punters could buy them for.
Everyone is a genius with the benefit of hindsight.
Who'd have thought the stock would tank to 0.8 cents? Obviously the SI's who participated @ 1.2 cents didn't see it coming.

My position has always been "reward the long suffering SH's before rewarding the blow-ins" or atleast offer them the same deal.

The same can be said for the director's options. As stated previously, I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole but the SH's should have atleast been given the same opportunity.
