Didn't Wayne intimate that would have been a massive risk?
IIRC, he said that once you start you can't just pause resin production (after 270-day notice period) or you'll jeopardise operations, also depending on length of pause there is risk of having to re-apply for production permits/license? I'm just a retail investor (amateur) so happy to be corrected on this.
On anther note, can/will PEN look for other processing options once they are up and running if they have excess resin on top of what the CPP can process or will they simple regulate resin production to what they can process via their own CPP?
