I agree with the current market condition may bring more risks to the value of BNB's assets. But on the other hand, there is no rush for BNB to sell thier assets at the price which they do not believe its fair. In another word, BNB is not a willing seller even though there might be willing buyers. Debt will not be dued until 2011. There are plenty of time for BNB to sell its assest at a reasonable price in order to reduce its leverage.
A liquidation is not a concern for BNB at this situation. After 3 years balance sheet improvment. People will concentrate on the earnings back again.
