I think you underestimate the value of the wind & power assets?

Wind is setting benchmarks all over the world at the moment and you have large corporates & fund managers looking to get into renewable energy. Wind is the most developed (along with solar) and hence is the most sought after at this time.

I wouldnt suspect any discount on these assets? As for leasing and infrastructure???
