re- excell do you really think quasar will string this out as long as possible. the u spot price is certainly forecast to keep climbing,but who can really say it will keep going up for how long . with so many wannabes trying to jump on the U bandwagon . surely when you know you got the product you want to get it on to the market and capitilize while the spot prices are so high ! ie sooner rather than latter!! prolonging this development could cost a lot more than ags,s free carried 25%.
