not saying the rumour is wrong but i sincerly doubt it.
Firstly what has Crazy John's shareholding in PEO have to do with NCA ? I havent read NCA's share registry, but doubt he would be involved, or is he? NCA must be close to bankruptcy if it is not cashflow positive now and probably wont be able to raise capital again. MAybe a fire sale who knows, there is a lot of CAPEX to be picked up cheaply.
Just cant see the justification in takeing over NCA unless they can get the lot of about $10m. That mght fit in and maybe they can make it a cashflow psotive generator with their scale.
PEO did have a late jump today, although volume for last 2 weeks is basically nothing so not getting excited.
