Thanks for the chart analysis guys.
The one thing a chart won't show for a speculative explorer stock in a commodity going through the roof is what happens when the strike is announced. Thats because the trend is based on history.
Its fine for traded companies who don't have a potential upside like FDL. The question for forecasting sp movements is how do you factor in the probability (getting higher by the day) of the value of the strike and the value of the strike based on valuation of future mining activities and/or a JV or takeover.
Thats what makes FDL unique (amongst speculative explorers). It really comes down to the probability and in assessing that until we get the assays all we have to go on is the location and proximity of other similar resources, the quality of the management team, and the emergence of news and this probably strike being of value to the big boys and their IO customers.
Funny how the day traders dissapear when the vol calms down like today. 18.9m shares with vwap of 12.029.
Patience will be rewarded....we'll see pretty fast when those who know more than us start factoring in the probably value....
Have a good weekend all....IMO the work is slowly getting out amongst the mining and investor players.
