Another neutral view.
I must stress ,though, that this time is different(forget about de ja vu).WE HAVE THE POWER.
FOR:
1. The current board have been with Intec since day dot.
They understand the technology &the market dynamics.
they stand the best chance of success.
2. We know them to be people of integrity,loyal & hard working.
3. Their efforts have been hampered by the GFC.
4. They managed to get the company in a reasonable financial stability.
5. Comercialization of the technology takes an awful long time & it is worthwhile giving them more time.
6. Rocking the boat too hard now might sink it.
7. We have no replacement in sight
........
AGAINST:
1. The current board managed to bring Intec to its knees.
2. Their governance doesn't say much about their integrity.
3. They have no "skin in the game",which doesn't say much about their loyalty.
4. not a single shareholder is ahead with his investment,which always mean either bad technology or bad management.
5. We have been waiting for years. How much longer do we wait?
6. We have a responsibilty of ,at least, giving them a "wake up call".
7. We don't expect that this warning shot to sink the boat. On the contrary we might see favourable change in the directors attitude & governance.
8. Revenge is sweet ( this should be last on the list)

Just give an honest vote,knowing that THIS TIME IS DIFFERENT.
