LOL where all very somba. Its scary I guess. I know it has been on my mind a little! Ive run thought my head thou and firmly believe I'll be pretty pissed of if this thing goes belly up. Valuations have been written down 40% in the past 2 years. Surely at this rate we should be getting book value for any assets we sell doesn't seem hard.
The market has turned in the US I think that is really starting to show its head and their talking about intrest rates even maybe going up there. If it was this time last year I would be a little more worried there is certainly far more certainty of recovery now. The dow pushed about 11k which is a good sign.
Taking all this into account if we sold the trust completely for say 20c a share the new company takes all our debt and refinances it. On a massively beaten down NTA of 32c. I would think that would be a pretty good deal for anyone in the market. I would be happy to walk away with a nice profit and prolly top up my CER and AJA. Anything below this and I would be asking a lot of questions!
