The only way this will now proceed is either an extension to the deadline or the "merged entity" route. No way an IPO is going to happen in 6 weeks, particularly given the current environment.
The key to this deal is Mega proving up $140m of value in addition to the $70m for Uley, a big ask on what we have seen to date.
I've just got back in the country and plan to ring SER tomorrow. They owe us an update at this stage.
