As mega have until 30 october 2011 to list or merge with a listed entity, i guess you are right SER do own Uley, and as there is no indication from Mega yet, of that happening then maybe SER will be in a better position to go to London than Mega will. Maybe they will get a deal with a producer this time, with the increased interest in Graphite it would be an ideal stage to showcase Uley to the world, Wake up Mega!.
