Mega clearly see Uley as a potential cash cow which can push them ahead production-wise of their graphite rivals while they work on developing their other projects.

As such, it seems reasonable to consider the deal with SER to be an important (possibly crucial) part of their strategy. It's hard to believe they would let this deal slip away. But then it's hard to believe they wouldn't have ensured they could raise the $C70 million before they signed the deal in the first place. And it's equally hard to believe SER management didn't check out how Mega intended to raise the funds.

But 46 days remain before the agreement deadline and still no word of a Mega Graphite IPO. It there's a problem, surely SER management should be updating their shareholders accordingly.

An extension of the agreement deadline is looking increasinbgly likely. Or is that intriguing clause in the agreement which states "or a listed entity with which Mega merges" more significant than it may have first seemed?

All of which is speculation that would be unnecessary if only we were given a decent update on what's going on!
