Hi all,
It seems that Mega has enough confidence in the value of Uley (which is flattering to us) as well as in their own value & also confidence in the market from whom they will get the cash.
Whether this confidence (which looks rather exuberant)is substantiated,remains to be seen.
They have been working on this blueprint for well over 6 months & there must have been some signals from the market that these values are not too far off the mark.
We shall wait for a few more weeks.
It will be wrong to dismiss their aspirations too early before we hear the voice of the guys with deep pockets.
