I'm sorry I missed SER when I was watching at 3 cents.
Nothing moved in those days and I stopped! However, I've
been interested in Graphite / graphene since 2007.

If the shares are to be going offshore. There is one experience I had which wasn't pleasant. I still don't understand the deal here, but would like to relate it.
The big difference in the two stocks is that graphene is definitely available and will be in great demand, since graphene is approx. 300 times stronger than steel....when they are able to mass manufacture it...don't know where we are in this, but improving I take it.

I invested here in 10,000 stock of an energy storage method using zinc bromide batteries (longer lasting and a modular storage system for utilities companies). It was 30 cents a share. It was moving to Wisconsin. I moved with it. Blow me down.....my 10,000 shares were reduced to 588 shares and it went down by over 80%, Recently coming from 87c to 1.00 to 1.05 and down again. The rigmarole to I suppose sell them will be a pain. It's in the bottom drawer or LOST money.

I don't know how we are supposed to own Uley when it's being sold off. This is what I cannot understand. Isn't it gone if the deal goes through? Sorry, I'm posting to you three weeks after yours.
