imho the reason that dgr is trading at 45% of its value is down to the business model being used - the model is very high risk as the directors appear to intend to hold the shares that dgr has an interest in until a miner with deep pockets is ready to take on the jorc'd resource. There doesnt appear to be a plan B. - for those reasons, although I have a small holding I won't be increasing it, preferring to hold the actual share(s)
