Nah, I disagree. You could make that argument for any company on the asx. ie they have no plan B unless they get taken over. If the said company earns money, has a really low P. E then value of said company will go up ANW, AJQ. If they have tier one exploration assets they will be priced on those assets. Getting taken out is a bonus. Plan B is inevitable market re rate.
