For XPE Newcomers, page-43

Haven't posted for a long time, holder from late last year, happy to stay put long term. I have definitely noticed over the years some tactics by some people or groups of people on other stocks too not just here, nrt and lwp are a couple of examples I saw pretty evident, even having Facebook promo sites and all, not sure if you're supposed to name names but some very orchestrated work, I do agree that an opinion is one thing but HC as it's own entity should be able to spot it from a mile away and deal with it legally. No one is saying that a stock should succeed or not but deliberately manipulating from multiple angles for financial benefit at someones expense is illegal one would think unless regulated, so where's HC's regulations in all this? T's&C's I suppose don't cover financial manipulation in calculated controlled measures? Anyway as is required opinion only non factual information only?
