Suspect the following needs checking;

January 11: Central Petroleum director buys Central Petroleum (ASX:CTP) director James Thompson bought 15,000,000 shares worth $2,100,000 (or $US1,459,955.51) on January 11, 2016. James Thompson previously held 18,660,964 shares and now holds 33,660,964 shares. The purchase price was 10.0c.

I have not heard of James Thompson as a director before, and if that share trade were true he would be easily our largest shareholder, certainly more than the 5% that would have had to be advised. Also he is not indicated in the most recent Top 20 of 31 Jan 2016.
