I'm not happy about Bert as much as many, but an argument for that cap raise a little over a year ago, was kind of a stoke of genius..... but hear me out!

Zuckerberg sprouted the words Meta & the entire space went on a bull run. The reality is, reality would have set in sooner or later & we would have seen a retrace in the SP..... although not many would have expected sub 6 cents again.

But dropping a CR was done at a great price.... I'm more disappointed on how it was administered & given it was likely rushed through put is all at the mercy of someone looking to offload at a decent profit.... that's where Bert should be held accountable IMO.

Fact is we simply need to sit & wait for the cash to roll in & start being cash flow positive.... & if the 2023 forecast comes to fruition, the This should happen in Q3 & Q4
