Price fluctuations are normal, anyone who invests in the market understands that. But there's nothing wrong with pointing out activities that go beyond normal market behaviour.
It's Friday, so let's see what happens today. If volumes are thin on the buy line, typically there will be a low volume, low-ball trade at around 3:45pm. This is often the last trade of the week, which is the reported price for the whole week. So someone selling $100 of shares at the right time, ends up representing hundreds of thousands of trades for that week. It's a flawed system, and people exploit the flaw.
