Yes, it is rubbish - but I am sensing something is in the pipeline
First directors publish (by a way of several disclosures) all their holdings in the company before the AGM - they clearly have substantially increased their holdings, and now the top 20 holders effectively own more than 70% of the issued capital.

It seems they are fairly steadily taking out the minority holders bit by bit.
the company has significant assets and some of those are in the market earning the company 10s of millions if not 100s in special dividends in one form or another, it seems clear to me those who are selling now don't realize this fact.

I urge specially those long term holders not to sell now.
