What that means to SP remains to be seen as SDG is trading well below NTA of $2:50 per share but what is important in two days trading 30/04 and 01/05, 7752513 shares traded.

4,378,496 + 3,374,017 = 7752513

But not all of the shares sold were picked up by Sunland (as appears in subsequent company announcements Co. bought 3,018,004 and 3,927,439) thus a decent size parcel 807070 somehow was picked up by someone else.

Its hard to figure this out as there is no announcements by anyone as yet,but for now lets just say it matters not since SDG needs to buy another 4 or more million shares to complete the buyback except I'd preferred that parcel was picked up by Sunland and not its rivals or day traders in the hope of picking up a quick buck.

If the remaining 4 million are bought before 12 months is up, there will be less support for the SP.
