There are only handful of institutions on SDG's register each under 6% - and they will hang on to their holdings like a child to a lollipop year after year because of the dividend's stability with such little downside.

I am expecting a final dividend of 6-7 cents to be announced soon for September.

Morning Star has a $1.88 price target my guess is NTA is more like $2.60 so even $1.88 is a significant discount to SP.

In conclusion company is reducing the quantity of shares available for trading if the demand is consistent (not changed) that should translate to much higher prices - I am going to hold.
