    are you saying Metal Storm launchers, fire control and ammo are now seen by US defence as Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) equipment?

    One thing about the date. This is the day the Prime Contractors receive their contracts, but it my not be the day Metal Storm receives its sub-contracts. Hurry up and wait!

    Interesting thing about the Award Notice: General Dynamics is Not listed. The rest of the primes are; Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, Boeing, BAE.
