I think US investors have been buying directly off the ASX. The number of ADR's keeps rising. I think these are going to speculative investors who may expect MST to be listed on the Nasdaq again in the future. Or, they simply plan to sell via pink sheets in the future. For sellers the pink sheets can be good because of the gap between bids and offers imo.
