What other "Commercial Enterprise " enjoys the benefit of having a State Government deem all citizens to be customers unless they fill in forms to opt out.
This is an outragous affront to the notion of a Free Market. Will competing companies be given the righ to have citizens deemed as customers? Is NBN a commercial enterpise or not?
